We wanted to go over a few important details with you, so you get the most out of your health & wellness membership at Elevation Hydration!

1. If you need to manage your invoices, change payment methods, edit plan members, etc., you can visit https://elevationhydration.hint.com/login/request to make these changes. 
2. If you choose to schedule an appointment online, please select “MEMBERSHIP IV” to forego making a deposit.
3. Your membership entitles you to one standard menu IV & one add on per month, but you are free to hydrate as often as you like! Based on your specific membership level, you will receive anywhere from 20-30% off ANY additional services (injections, sauna sessions, & compression boots). When you hear “additional services” think “in-between my membership IV’s”.
4. If you sign up on the 3rd of the month, you will be eligible for your next membership bag and free add on the 3rd of every month. This is also the day of the month that your membership fees will be collected automatically through our secure platform. Again, you’ll receive steep discounts on all visits in-between your monthly membership IV’s!
5. You have 6 months past the expiration date of your membership to use any unused membership IV’s. We do this because life happens, and we value your time & hard-earned money. Don’t sweat it if you miss a month or you’re traveling and can’t make it in on the exact day you signed up, we have you covered!
6. You can also apply your monthly membership fee towards the purchase of a specialty menu IV, however you must pay the difference. If your membership fee is $135/month & you want a $200 specialty IV, you would be responsible for the remaining $65. You will still receive your free add on with the IV however.
7. If you signed up for a Signature Membership, you receive a free standard menu IV during your birthday month as part of your membership! The cost of the IV is on us, you just have to cover the cost of the add ons!
8. Your membership does NOT auto-renew at the end of the term, however, if you would like to renew, please let a member of our team know so we can take an additional $40 off the first month of your membership renewal! And because we believe in keeping you healthy & active, our six- & twelve-month renewals receive a free 5-pack of sauna sessions.
9. Membership IV’s cannot be transferred or gifted to family & friends.
